Uninstall Problem

Could someone please tell me how to uninstall a program that doesn`t
appear in the add/remove programs. The program is Windows Media 10 and
I would like to either uninstall it or roll it back to WM 9. Thanks in
advance.

James, to get WM10 to show up click on Show Updates while in Add/Remove
Programs. From there you will be able to remove it.
