Hi all:

I installed a second copy of Windows XP Pro under a
different folder (Windows1) for system redcovery purpose.

But I found out the more accurate procedures for my
purpose and my problem is being corrected.

Now the remained issue is how to unistall the new copy of
Windows XP Pro in the system?

Since my old system is being reocoverd to a perfect
condiction and I do not want to have a second copy for
saving space and time during bootup.

PS: I tried to use Add/Remove but Windows XP Pro is not
an option there under either of the two versions.

Many thanks.

Sincerely,

John

To keep it simple and avoid system corruption, just delete
the installation folder for the copy one you wish to
remove (definitly this is not going to be the working
copy) then remove the entry from boot.ini file or
preferably and better still using the Start Up and
Recovery Options found in the Advanced Tab of Performance
and Maintenance in the Control Panel.

Good Luck.
