Uninstall Hotfix KB824141

How do I uninstall Hotfix KB824141 from my computer
when I get a error message saying
"uninstall could not find the SPUNINST.INF file"??

This Hotfix will not let me play the Mystery of the

Mummy game put out by Adventure Game Co. It always sends
the game to the tray. Their web-site says it is due to
this Hotfix and to get rid of it.

KB824141 I got the same error as before.
Any other suggestion would be appreciated. The restore
doesn't go that far back on the calender.

I would worry about any application that need syou to uninstall a
Critical Update to function properly.
If they were responsible, they would come out with a better fix than
making the computer more vulnerable.
