Hi guys I always get confuse when it comes to uninstalling the item from local area connection properties. Say for example, if I have to uninstall “File and Printer Sharing”, do I just highlight it and click uninstall or do I have to uncheck the box too?

What about other items like “client for Microsoft, QOS, TCp/Ip”, do I have to leave those item untouched if I am just uninstalling “file and printer sharing”?

By untouched I mean to say leave them checked.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

You made me more confuse now lol. What about add or remove windows component? As far as I know when we removing any component (for example msn messenger) all we do is uncheck the box that you want to uninstall and leave all other box checked (the one that you want to keep).

Isn't it the same concept behind uninstalling "local area connection properties items" and "add remove windows components”?
