Uninstall Errors

I am having problems uninstalling (3) three programs thru control panel and
encounter the following error messages: 1. Multimedia Keyboard Utility 1.1
is a wireless keyboard and mouse setup. Error message "Microsoft Visual C++
Runtime Library" "Runtime Error!" "Program:...ogram Files/Multimedia Keyboard
Utility\1.1\uninstoo.exe" "Abnormal Program Termination". 2. Musicmatch
Jukebox. "An installation support file could not be installed. The system
cannot find the file specified". 3. Napster. "Setup.exe has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were
in the middle of something the information you were working on might be
lost". There is a box to click "Debug" or "Close".

Usually the safe bet is to install the apps, then uninstall them. The
install will put everything in place, so that an uninstall can process
correctly.

The other option is to use FileMon from www.sysinternals.com and monitor the
uninstall and determine what filenames are trying to be accessed that the
error is being caused on.
