Unhandled Exception in Product and Service Items List

When I open certain 'Opportunities' in the Product and Service Items List in
Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager, I get an error "Unhandled exception
has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the
application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.

Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication
that other memory is corrupt.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you.
