Unhandled Exception linking new email to new Business contact

A

Anjaconda

When adding a new email to a new business contact that i just created i
received an unhandled exception bug when saving the new business contact. The
message says:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Link to Business Contact Manager Record
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you
click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to
continue.

Input array is longer than the number of columns in this table.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I add emails to new business contacts every day and this is the first time i
received this error.

Hopefully this helps you to fix it.

Best regards,

A

Does the issue repro when you create a new account ?

can you go to Business contact Manager > Manage database > check for error

Also enable logging for BCM by going to help about BCM ,reproduce the issue
and collect the BCMV3.log from the %temp% folder

Raul,

thank you for your message. I went to the database manager and did the check
for error run. It seemed to be ok and said it defragmented successfully. I
also enabled logging and I will see whether this happens again. I will post
here, if it does.

Thanks
