New HTC phone will not sync BCM

F

firm

HTC Touch Pro2
Running Mobile 6.1
Downloaded the BCM Office 2007 for Smart Phone

I can not get the contacts onto the phone. It will not allow you to add a
check in the box under the Active Sync 4.5
This is a "Business Phone" that can not run Business Contact Manager (BCM)
Someone needs to fix this ASAP

Did you install the BCM for PPC application onto your new phone? when i have
seen the box grayed out, it was because activesync was showing it(BCM)
associated with a different phone (think profile). If you had it set up for
a different phone, you might try deleting that partnership and starting
fresh, then install the BCM for PPC to your new phone.

I am curious, I have an HTC Touch with WM6.1 but have no problems (except
for how slow it opens and the occasional hang/reset issues)
