Unexplained problem

I can access normal sites just fine; however, accessing
my school learning center doesn't work. I can pull up
WebCT (learning center) but when I try to click on one of
the links it says that Internet Explorer has experienced
a problem and must close. I've already spent two hours
with Compaq with no success. Any suggestions?
