Unexpected shutdown and serious error message every entering windo

Hello,
Recently everytime I turn on my computer and entering Windows XP, I always
get this error message:

Computer restarted after an unexpected shutdown.
Microsoft Windows detected a possible device failure.

The driver for the display device was unable to complete a drawing operation.
Please check with the device manufacturer for a driver update.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
The display driver for NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64 seems to be responsible for
the system instability.

Error signature
szAppName: Drivers.Display szAppVer: 10DE002D1500201025
szModName: nv4.dll szModVer: 5.1.2001.1240 Offset: FAD06EA

The following files will be included in this error report:
C:\WINDOWS\LogFiles\Watchdog\050921_0858-01.wdl


Then another Microsoft error message popped up saying ...

The system has recovered from a serious error.

A log of this error has been created.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve
Microsoft Windows.
We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.

It's quite obvious that your Video Card and your RAM is probably going belly
up.
Perhaps you had a power surge and the computer is not behind a surge
protector or a
UPS.

You cannot "fix" this problem without replacing the damaged parts. It's
time to take the
computer to a reputable repair shop and have it checked.
