Undoing "Open With"

Hi - hope someone can help me. I have a friend who has
opened a .pdf file (she did not have Acrobat loaded) with
Word and unfortunately has ticked the "Always use the
selected program to open this type of file".

How do we undo the above action so she can open .pdf
attachements in Acrobat Reader (which is now installed).

Shift, right-click one of the .pdf files. Choose "Open with", pick Acrobat
Reader, and tick the "always open with" box again.

Right click on the file, choose Open With and then Choose Program. Select
from the list and check the box that states "Always use the
selected.......".
