undo restricting of files and folders

I edited my XP user profile (added a password) and then also clicked the
button to prevent other users on this computer from accessing my files.
However this backfired a bit as my IIS now gives me an error and does not
allow me the view the default web page I created. (HTTP 401.3 - Access denied
by ACL on resource) I now want to undo the file restriction I created by
clicking *that* button but cannot find anywhere to do so in the XP user
profile settings. Only change password, create new account, etc. Can anyone
advise me how to do this please. By the way I am the administrator account so
I do have primary control. Thanks in advance.

Open Windows Explorer. Right click on the partition in question. Left click
on Properties then click on the Sharing tab.

Did as suggested and removed the "make private" selecition on the whole
profile not just the specific folder. Yet the access failure persists. Not
sure what is causing this.
