HELP! Undoing restricted User accounts

I foolishly using the "control userpasswords2" restricted the priviledges of
all Users under Windows XP home. Now I cannot undo this as when I run
"control userpasswords2" it will not let me have access to User Accounts as I
am not an administrator and do not have the default password to access the
User Accounts. How can I undo the damage I've caused as I can do very little
work on my desktop at mo with restricted rights. PLEASE somebody out there
help! Thanks

Try to start in safe mode (when BIOS screen turns black hit several times F8 and choose the option). Log in as Administrator and undo.

When entering in safe mode, log in as Administrator and use again "control userpasswords2" for restoring the privileges.
