Undetected Hijack (Mega Power Pills)

S

selkins

I am experiencing a problem with Web site
redirects/hijacks which is not being detected by MS
Antispyware. Basically, when several people in the office
browse to a web site (for us it has been IKEA.com and
CNN.Ccom, Ukrops.com) the url shows the intended site, but
the site displays an ad for MEGA POWER PILLS. Virus scan,
Adaware, spybot and MS Antispyware report nothing for any
of the PC's.

Does anyone have any info or suggestions on this.

Thanks.

The next step, IMO, would be HijackThis and expert advice. Have you done this?

HijackThis <http://www.tomcoyote.com/hjt/>

Create a separate folder for HijackThis, such as C:\HijackThis - copy the
downloaded file there.

Then, run HijackThis ("Scan"). Do NOT make any changes immediately. Save the
HJT Log.

Finally, have your HJT log interpreted by experts at one or more of the
following security forums (and please post a link to your forum posts, here):
