Browser hijacked - help

i have a virus/spyware thats hijacking my browser.
whenever i refresh browser or go to 'home' it momentarily
starts to load that site, than goes to an ad site. ive
run adaware, norton, spybot, deleted hosts.txt, ran the
msft beta version spyware program...you name it. cant
get rid of it.

any ideas?

maybe save everything you need on a CD and then format
the computer.

Have you went under
Antispyware_AdvancedTools_SystemExplorer_IEsettings to
see what your Internet Explorer settings are? This may
still not resolve your problem but it gets the simple
things out of the way.
