Uncessary toolbars

I have some add-in programs in Outlook that display toolbars that I don't
want to see. I know I can go to view or configure and uncheck them but I
have to do that each time I start Outlook. How can I keep them from loading
when I start Outlook?

You'd have to remove the related add-ins.
