Unblocking pop ups

Can anyone advise on what action I can take to unblock a blocked pop up
window.
I have XP HOME SP2
Windows pop up blocker was on when I tried to access a trusted learning
site, this blocked the window and since then I cannot access the page I
need.

I have added the site as an allowed site in the pop up settings and I have
tried accessing the site with pop up turned off but I still see the message
"A pop up window was blocked" on the bottom of the screen (next to the e
logo).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think I may have told this page not to run Active X, how can I get it to
run tis again.

Hi,

click on tools | internet options.
click on the security tab.
click the trusted sites icon.
click the custom level button and scroll down to the section "run activex
controls and plugins"
see the settings for it and enable it.
