unblock plug and play

i was installing a logitech camera and I made the mistake of selecting "block
installation of this device" when a pop up came. Now I can not install it.
Does anyone know how to install it.

Secondly, I would prefer to disable this pop up screen that asks me if I
want to block or accept something. But I promise that I will let Microsoft
know that i disabled it so that they won't be worrying about me.
 
Hi Dan,

Plug the device in, then click start and type Autoplay. Hit <enter> to open
the dialog, then scan down to the devices section and see if it is listed.
If so, change the settings here. If not, check in Device Manager in the USB
tree, you may need to rescan for devices.
