Unaccessable folder in Shared Documents

I have a folder in the "Shared Documents" folder that is
compleatly inaccessable. All other folders are fine. This
is in WinXP home, so there doesn't appear to be any way
to take ownership of this folder from the Admin account.

Any one have any ideas as to how I can make this folder
accessable?
 
What do you mean by "completely inaccessible" ?
What happens when you try, and what have you
tried? Home can take ownership when in a safe
mode boot.
