unable to work online

HI,
today when i opened IE an eror message tells me 'no
connection to the internet is possible' and will only open
offline. i can connect using outlook express okay, and
other programmes, and intsalled netscape to see if that
works which it does. all connection numbers/passwords are
correct. when connected with other programmes IE will then
work normally. any ideas?? cheers
 
its okay, looking back through these pages i see its the
google toolbar problem. now connects fine. thanks to
previous posters
