how do i set IE to be one of my connections (under TOOLS>INTERNET
OPTIONS>CONNECTIONS)? i already have America Online and Netscape as
connections (they were already there). the reason i want to is because on
some programs when i click on a web link, it opens up America Online and im
not a subscriber. I want the link to open up a IE window. i hope im making
sense. oh, i have IE 6 and winXP....thanks in advance.

Your a tad confused, the "connections" you are talking about (AOL and Netscape) are internet access providers, that's how you
connect to the web. IE is not an internet provider, it is a web browser. I'm assuming you want to change the default browser, do
this in the internet options applet in control panel.
