Have a user that is using Internet Explorer 6 on a Windows XP machine.
There is one web site (not sure if there are others) that he is unable to
log into. The login page displays and when he enters his login information
and clicks "login", he gets a message that tells him he needs to enable
cookies. We have checked in the Internet Options in both Security and
Privacy. His zone is Internet, set to default settings, and his security
level we have set all the way to Low (accept all cookies) and he still gets
this message. We've even had him reboot after lowering this level and still
gets the same message. That same web page can be logged in as him on any
other computer. Any ideas as to what may be amiss? He has a Dell computer
that is still under warranty and he was going to give them a call. But is
there something that we might have missed?
Thanks in advance.
