unable to view message

I am running office 07 with exchange 03. I have one lady who if she sends a
new mail message, the message is viewed normally by the recipeint. If
however, she is replying or forwarding a message, the recipient cannot view
the new portion
of the message until they click on forward or reply. By clicking forward or
reply, the new part of message is then revealed. It happens will all
internal recipients, and only from the one email account.
