Unable to view email after moving to new folder

Hi guys !

we are using exchange 2003 and on client its outlook when we move some email from inbox to new folder, its not visible. its show the numbers of emails in new folder.

Are you filtering the view within the folder you moved the mail to? What
version of Outlook?
