Junk E-mail

hi
we have exchange 2003 - most of our clients use outlook 2000/xp and a few
have outlook 2003. on one outlook 2003 client we disabled the junk e-mail
filter - but for some reason it still populates the folder. some emails are
from the same organization, and it still sees them as junk email. we moved
these emails from junk email folder to inbox but after a while the same
emails automatically gets moved from inbox to the junk email folder.

any help would be appreciated. thanks.
