Unable to use windows explorer

i turned on my computer and started vista when i logged on it showed an error
saying UxTheme.dll not found, Reinstall and windows explorer shut down

I need help with this problem

Hi,
The UxTheme.dll error is because the driver failed to load or failed to
install during the installation. Also have you tried to clean install, in
other words reformat the drive and install again??, did you download the file
from Ms's site? It might be best to order the DVD kit.
