Unable to use IE6

James

I have had a recent issue with adware taking over IE by
redirecting to ads from sandboxer.com. I tried to
uninstall IE6 & re-install. Now it will not connect to the
internet at all, displaying "The page cannot be displayed"
for ANY website. Any help to resolve would be greatly
appreciated.

P.S.
My internet connection is fine, as you can see. I can
browse using any other browser & Outlook, but not IE6.

Thank you,
James

Check your system for "hijackware".

HijackThis (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip) is the
preferred tool to use these days. It will help to both identify and remove
any hijackware/spyware. **Post your files to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
