Unable to use 3rd email account

When I try to send and receive emails my 3rd account always fails. I get the
following error even though everything is set up identically.

Account: 'mail.comcast.net (2)', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR login failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

See if its setup matches these instructions:

<http://www.comcast.net/help/faq/index.jsp?faq=Emailtop17686&cookieattempt=1>

Avoid the One Click Fix.

However, Comcast is in the process of requiring users to switch
outgoing port numbers, and not doing a good job of telling the
users about this. If you want to avoid the resulting problems,
also follow these instructions:

Other responders have addressed the reason for your sending failure,
but the error message you supplied deals only with receiving.
In my opinion, the reason that the receive attempt is failing is because
the account has been corrupted by a non-compatible antivirus.
As a first fix, delete that account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate
that account. Report back, and let us know which antivirus you have.
