Unable to update definitions error code 0x800b0100

Hi, I've installed WD and right after installing it that error code appears
and every time I press Check Now.
I've tryed windows update, the "Msiexec /x
{A5CC2A09-E9D3-49EC-923D-03874BBD4C2C} solution from ms and the Microsoft
installer cleaner but with no luck.
When I run "Msiexec /x {A5CC2A09-E9D3-49EC-923D-03874BBD4C2C} " i got this
problem: "This action is only valid for already installed products" but in
spanish.
Also tryed uninstalling and reinstalling..

I have win xp sp2 in spanish, and using nod32 as an av solution if it matters.

I have the same problem with XP Pro SP2 (US English). I have McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0 installed if it's relevant.Also have latest .NET 2.0 Framework, Visual C# Express, PowerShell beta, and many other recently released products or betas.

That's it!
I removed it after I read this post, and now I don't have
problems with upgrade.

Can someone post a URL for this?

Is this Monad we are talking about? If so, I may be contributing personal
experience here--I do have a Monad build loaded, and I am having update
difficulties.

OK - I've installed the Powershell beta, and don't observe any change in the
update behavior--i.e. I check, and am told no updates are available, which I
suspect is true. Will see what happens tomorrow, or whenever new
definitions are next released.
