unable to sign in hotmail

the windows messenger shows the link to my hotmail inbox
but on clicking a blank page appears and then nothing
happens.

i am unable to sign in hotmail either. after entering the
hotmail username and password and clicking on sign in
absolutely nothing happens.

i a unable to check my email.

need help.

Are cookies enabled on your computer.
Hotmail requires you to enable cookies to login.

hi rajesh,
thanks for replying. well the cookies are enabled on my
pc. there's one more thing.its not just mine but others
a\c also that does not open. at the same time i m able to
sign in hotmail from my pc on a remote desktop.

help needed.
