Unable to send, reply or forward emails

I am at my daughter's home and accessing through her wireless network.
Although I can retrieve my emails I can't send, reply or forward any. I
understand there is a problem in networks away from your home ISP, but I
don't know how to resolve it. Please help.

Tools | Accounts
First, export your account as an IAF file so that you can restore it later.
Next, go into it's properties and change the outgoing (SMTP) server and port
and security settings to the one she uses. Once you verify that it works
(send yourself or her a message) you should probably export this, too, so
that it will be easy to setup next time.
