Unable to send outlook 2003

Hi can anyone help, I cannot send mail in outlook 2003. I have tried
disabling AV software turning off the firewall changing my email editor from
word to HTML and also changing my account setting to SSL.

None of thios has worked I have also reinstalled outloo and repaired it.

Help!
 
Make sure you are using your service provider's email service when you send
mail using their servers, not someone else's mail. For instance, road runner
email must go through rr.com servers. Outlook is for POP mail not web mail.
Ask your provider for the correct settings. You should not use SSL unless
told to by your email provider. You need to give more info about your setup
for help here, but your email & Internet provider is the place to get help.
