Unable to send mail.

I keep getting a error message that says "unable to send mail because your
mail server rejected the sender. How can I fix that? Help.

Use correct mail addresses in the recipient lists(s) or make sure you're
properly authenticating to your outgoing server (on the Outgoing Server tab
of your account properties pages).
