Unable to send fax

When I sending fax out. The fax wizard got a message appears "Fax server information cannot be retrieved. The fax wizard will close now." I'm using XP professional with service pack 2 ( build 2082 ) and office 200
Any suggestions

I'd try posting in a more relevant newsgroup - this one is for Win2k/Active
Directory issues. Try one for office or XP.
