When sending a Word document using the Fax application the Fax Wizard will hang up for a while and then fail stating that "The fax server information can not be retrieved. The Fax Wizard will close now." When opening my Fax Console I get a message that "All fax printers are inaccessible".
The fax service usually works but this happens periodically. Most times, when I shut down and reboot it will come back, however not all the time. I am running Window XP. Can anyone tell me what is going on and how it can be fixed?
