Unable to send emails with any attachments

I have a user who cannot send any emails that have attachments. We are using
outlook 2000 SP3 and exchange. The user has no problems sending emails
without attachments and can receive emails with attachments.

We have checked the exchange settings for users account but cant see
anything out of the ordinary.

This problem isn't affecting anyone else. Is this a problem with outlook or
exchange and does anyone know how to solve the problem.

The message goes into the outbox and sits there for about 5 minutes and then
the user receives a undeliverable message report and states the reason as:

Unable to deliver the message due to a recipient problem
MSEXCH:MSEchangeIS:etc:etc
