unable to send emails as a delegate.

I am able to view the mailbox of the person who has set
me up as a delegate. But I am not able to send mail and
respond to mail on the other person's behalf. I get an
error message
"You donot have the permission to send the message on
behalf of the specified user"
 
Then they didn't set you up with that right. Check the delegate settings in
their Outlook.
