Give a delegate Permission to send mail on my behalf

Hi

I am able to view the mailbox of the person who has set
me up as a delegate. But I am not able to send mail and
respond to mail on the other person's behalf. What am I
doing wrong please help

What version of Outlook? They need to grant you "send on behalf of" rights
in their Outlook - or, depending on the Exchange server version, the admin
may be able to grant you rights to it there.
