I have recently set the permission for an delegate to send
messages on my behalf, and she has been set as an Author
to my mailbox. However, when she accesses my Inbox and
tries to send on my behalf the recipients do not see 'sent
on behalf of' on the message.
Also, if she adds the 'from' field to the message view my
name is not automatically populated. How can we set it so
that when she is sending as me that the from field is
filled in?
