send on behalf

When delegate sending email on behalf of mailbox
owner 'send on behalf of' information does not
appear...any ideas.
 
Then someone has set up "send as" rights on the Exchange server itself,
perhaps by mistake.
 
The administrator needs to confirm the user doesn't have Send As permission enabled.
