unable to send email

Hi,

I do not seem to be able to send email from ie. I have
uninstalled it once and downloaded again, but it does not
work? I would really like some help with this. Thank you in
anticipation.

Need a bit more information to help - what are you doing in IE in relation
to trying to send email? What email client are you using? IE and Windows
version?
