Yes, change the sending (SMTP) server name to the one used by the ISP your
workplace uses. Most (if not all) ISPs require you to be connected to their
network in order to use their SMTP server. At home, you're connected to
your ISP and can use his SMTP server. At work, you're connected to your
workplace ISP, your (home) ISP detects this and prevents you from using his
server. You might want to check with your home ISP, they may have an
alternate method of connecting to their server (involving authentication and
probably a non-standard port) that will let you use their SMTP server when
connected to a foreign ISP's network.
