unable to select tray on nt workstations

Hi

I have an HP4200 printer shared from my windows 2000 server. On the
advice of HP I installed it once with 2k drivers for the 2k stations and
again with NT drivers for the nt stations (shared with different names).
I've set the form selections to pick up letterhead in tray 2 and plain
in tray 3 - but for the NT stations whatever the user selects it will
print from tray 3. This is not an issue on the 2K stations - any ideas
happily recieved

Probably something in the driver. I'd call HP support on that one - also
might want to post in an NT group.

We use these printers at work with a mixed NT4/2000/XP Pro environment
(and Citrix seesions too) and I can assure you they NEED the genuine HP
drivers to access the facilities you mention.
