I need to print from a specific tray

I just got a new HP printer, P2055x. I had an HP 2200, very similar to my
new printer.

I have letterhead in tray 2, plain paper in tray 3. On my old printer, I
could specify which tray the document came from, and save this info with the
doc. Now no matter which tray I specify, it all prints on plain paper, from
tray 3. The settings on the old printer and the new printer are the same,
e.g. automatically select.
