unable to see smart tags in word 2002

I am unable to see smart tags in word 2002. However, it shows only on dates but not on person name or any other option. why

Lucky you. I thought I had them firmly turned off in Word 2002, and now
they're resurfacing in old documents opened in Word 2003. <sigh>

Hi Suzanne,

I tried the option under Tools\Options.... but the same problem arise. The funny thing is on inserting date then smart tags appears but not on person name etc even when they are on. I know that it is most unlikely but this is what its happening.
Even i uninstall it & install it again but no success.
So what can be wrong?
Am i missing any other option to click/on then please let me know as soon as possible.
