unable to see programes from start

Sir,

I am unable to see program files from start button, even
in administrator login, if login name removed from
document And setting, first time it will show programe
list, but after log of same problem comes.
 
Please try posting again with a better explanation, are you saying there are
not entries on the start menu, are you saying it only occurs if remove the
login name from Documents and Settings (Why would you do that?) or what is
it you are trying to say?
