Unable to right click/pull up shortcut menu on emails in inbox

When in the inbox I am unable to right click on a message and access the
shortcut menu for print, reply, mark as unread etc.

Version of Outlook? Does it work in other folders? Do you use any 3rd party
popup blockers?
