Unable to resize IE 6.0 windows

I don't know how I managed to do it, but somehow I
managed to lock in my IE window to a fixed size. I
cannot grab the sides or corners of a non maximized
window and adjust the size. I only have three choices, a
fully maximized window, a fully minimized window, or the
locked size which covers about 90% of my monitor screen.
Is there a setting, or a trick I can use to restore the
browser window to normal?

Right clicking on the taskbar and choosing "size" didn't
work, so I went to http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/ietips.htm
and downloaded the registry patch,
ResetWindowPlacement.reg

After merging that into the registry and rebooting, I was
able to resize my IE window.

Thank you.

With the non-maximized window on the screen, right-click it's button on the
taskbar, choose "size" and use the arrow keys to resize it.

Or, with only that window open, right-click on the taskbar and choose
cascade or tile vertically or tile horizontally. See if that moves it.

Or, see of something here helps:
