Maximizing IE Windows

Hi,

When I open a new window in IE 6.0, either via Ctrl+N,
via Shift+Click or programmatically, it does not fully
maximize. I never used to have this issue until recently
and nothing that I know has changed since.

Is there a registry setting or utility that I can use to
ensure that all new IE windows are fully maximized when
first opened?

When the second windows open:
1. Close the first one
2. Hold the CTRL Key and drag the window to the size you
want
3. While still holding the CTRL key, Click File->Exit

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
