Unable to reply when viewing newsgroups on web

When I view newsgroups on the web (rather than with Outlook Express), if I
click on Reply or New Discussion, I almost never get a window in which to
type my post. Once in a great while I get a blank window in which to type my
post, but it's rare. Someone told me to download and install Windows Script
5.6 from Microsoft. I did, but it didn't change anything. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
If you have a Hotmail.com E-Mail adress, click on the 'Edit my profile' icon next to the sign in icon right-side of sreen, then follow what is required to get yourself up and running, then click 'save' to activate. Once you've done that, you can start repling.
